UK LEGO Brick Animal Trail at Slimbridge Wetlands


The Slimbridge Wetlands Center is holding an event between Sat 7 July - Sun 23 September

Wetlands Trail Visit their awesome LEGO® brick models. This year returning favourites like Flavia the Flamingo and Lottie the Otter will be joined by 3 new additions.

"We're super-excited to welcome our new brick animals and they've been a long time in the making. Sam the short-eared owl took an amazing 80 hours to build with an incredible 37,884 LEGO bricks"

Fourteen GIANT 4ft (1.5m) LEGO brick sculptures will be returning to the centre in Gloucestershire from Saturday 7 July to Sunday 23 September, all inspired by real species across WWT centres. Returning favourites include the


North American river otter, 


Nene (the world’s rarest goose)


giant kingfisher


frog 


flamingo

In total 253,728 LEGO bricks were used to make all 14 wetland characters!

Autism Friendly LEGO Workshops now available Tuesday 7th and 14th August. FInd out more and book your place. £10.50 per person - maximum of 15 people per session. Suitable for ages 3 and up, under 8's must have adult supervision.
