I have just come from seeing the LEGO Movie 2.

Going into the film there was excitement and scepticism in equal parts. I was full of hope that it was going to deliver but concerned that it would be a flop. I'm pleased to confirm it was a success.
The second film definitely had a more feminine feel to the film but this worked really well. The joining of the characters we know and love with new.
At no point during the film did I think the story was weak or slow. In fact after watching the original film the other day the second part felt like a better well rounded film.
Rotten Tomatoes rated the film FRESH

If you go to see this film stay for the credits. The work on them is spectacular and there are some hidden gems in there.
I would be interested to know what you spoted in them. I definitely saw a US President and UK Prime Minister holding hands.
