Gentlemen start your engines...

I have spent a lot of time in the day job over the last few weeks getting ready for the 2017 Formula 1 season and the Ultra HD coverage of this. Doing this gave me the idea to build a Pit Lane Garage MOC.

I bought the Lego Speed Champions Ferrari F1 set (75879). This is a great little set and nice detail. It is a very reasonably price of £12.99.

Below is a shot inside the garage. There are 2 lockers one on each side as that back a few shelves with cans of oil and other fluids. I especially like the scaffolding details.

The design is not exactly the Melbourne Pit Lane as Melbourne has a very flat and large glass front. This Moc has a large bay window witch means the spectators in her and look up and down the pit lane.

This Mechanic is adjusting the wheels. The Minifigure used for this is actually a Bespin Guard.

Here is Sebastian Vettel (Sebastian Brickel) checking over his Car Before Practice 1 of the Australian GP.

No scene would be complete without a selfie moment. Here is the Mini Wife taking a selfie from the stands above the Pit Lane.

While the little lady is taking selfies the Mini Me has the camera out to get some snaps of the cars.
